Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Creative House Studios' services ("CHS Social Connect"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

CHS Social Connect provides social media automation and content management services, including:

• Scheduled posting to multiple social media platforms
• Content distribution automation
• Analytics and performance reporting
• OAuth credential management
• Multi-platform integration

3. Account Registration and Security

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have authorization to manage the social media accounts you connect
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. OAuth Authorization

By connecting social media accounts through our service:

• You grant us permission to post content on your behalf
• You confirm you have the right to grant these permissions
• You may revoke access at any time through your social media platform settings
• We will never access your passwords or private messages

5. Content Ownership and Responsibility

You Own Your Content: You retain all rights to content you create and publish through our service.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure content complies with all applicable laws and platform policies
• Do not post content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Obtain necessary permissions for any third-party content you use
• Comply with each social media platform's terms of service

6. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use our service to:

• Post spam, malware, or malicious content
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• That all features will work with all social media platforms at all times
• Immunity from platform API changes or restrictions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with or without notice.

8. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing is as stated at the time of purchase
• We may change prices with 30 days' notice
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• You are responsible for all taxes

9. Account Termination

You may terminate: Cancel your account at any time. Data will be deleted within 90 days.

We may terminate: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful activities.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party platform changes or restrictions

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your content or conduct
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of third-party rights

12. Intellectual Property

Our service, including software, design, and trademarks, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or reverse engineer our software
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Create derivative works without authorization

13. Third-Party Platforms

Our service integrates with third-party social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter/X). You must comply with each platform's terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to third-party platforms or their policies.

14. Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

15. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada.

Disputes: We encourage resolving disputes informally by contacting us first. If necessary, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or service notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
